to oversee and manage day-to-day activities across multiple project sites. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring compliance with safety regulations, coordinating site operations, and supporting field teams for smooth project execution. A valid UAE Driving License is mandatory for this role.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the progress of all site activities and ensure work is carried out efficiently and according to schedule.
Ensure all on-site personnel strictly adhere to health and safety regulations.
Implement industry best practices and company safety protocols across all project sites.
Conduct regular site visits to monitor mobilization and demobilization activities.
Maintain and update daily attendance records from all assigned sites.
Conduct safety induction sessions for new workers at designated sites.
Distribute Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) through the IMS system to all allocated sites.
Coordinate with the transport team to ensure seamless logistics and personnel movement.
Provide support to the organization in various circular and administrative activities.
Collect and submit accurate timesheets from all responsible sites.
Must hold a
valid UAE Driving License
and be willing to travel between project sites as required.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Proven experience as a Site Supervisor or similar role in construction or related industry.
Strong knowledge of safety regulations and site compliance standards.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and sites simultaneously.
Proficient in reporting tools and documentation.
Valid UAE Driving License is
