We are hiring a site supervisor

Summary

The Site Supervisor is responsible for overseeing fit out activities on-site, managing sub contractors, and ensuring work is executed as per project plans, specifications, and safety standards. This role involves supervising daily site operations, coordinating with subcontractors, and ensuring timely project execution. The supervisor will also monitor material usage, resolve technical issues, and ensure quality control. Effective communication and leadership skills are essential to managing workforce productivity and site challenges efficiently.

Responsibilities

-Supervise and manage daily fit out activities on-site.
-Coordinate with subcontractors and ensure work progress as per schedule.
-Ensure compliance with project drawings, specifications, and safety regulations.
-Identify and resolve site-related technical issues.
-Maintain site reports and update project progress to site engineer.

Location: Various Mall Across UAE

Job requirements

-Experience: Minimum 6 years of fit out site experience.

Educational Qualification

-Diploma in engineering in Civil/Mechanical/Electrical Engineering.

Other Requirements

-Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
-Ability to manage and coordinate multiple site tasks efficiently.
-Willingness to relocate as per project needs.

UAE License is mandatory.
