Oversee and coordinate day-to-day site operations
Liaise between Project Engineers, Factory, and Site Technicians
Assign tasks to technicians and monitor site progress
Ensure compliance with safety protocols and quality standards
Report daily progress and site issues
Requirements:
1-2 years of experience in a supervisory role
Hands-on experience with door installation or similar construction trades
Ability to manage teams and communicate effectively
UAE Driving License is a must
