We are seeking an experienced and proactive

Site Supervisor

to oversee daily operations at various project sites. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring work is carried out safely, on time, and in accordance with project specifications and client expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise site activities and coordinate with subcontractors and workers. Monitor daily progress, ensure timely execution of works, and report updates to the project team. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies on-site. Communicate effectively with clients, consultants, and internal teams to resolve site issues. Review and interpret construction drawings and specifications. Coordinate material deliveries, site logistics, and manpower allocation. Ensure work quality and adherence to standards throughout all stages of the project. Provide on-site solutions to technical or logistical challenges as they arise.

Requirements:

Proven 4-5 experience as a

Site Supervisor

in fit-out, interior works and goo communication with clients. Ability to read and understand construction drawings (MEP/Civil/Structural). Strong leadership and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and coordination abilities. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks. Valid UAE driver's license is mandatory. Diploma or technical certification in Civil/Mechanical/Electrical fields is a plus.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
