Role Overview:

We are seeking a

Site Supervisor

to oversee installation works at various project sites, ensuring all tasks are executed to the highest standard, safely, on time, and in coordination with the main contractor, internal teams, and site workers.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise day-to-day site activities for aluminum, glass, and metal installations (e.g., doors, windows, handrails, shower partitions, pergolas) Coordinate and guide the site installation team (fitters, helpers, subcontractors) to meet project milestones Ensure works are executed according to approved shop drawings and technical specifications Conduct quality checks and report any fabrication or site-related issues to the Production Manager Manage site measurements, levels, and fixing points to ensure accurate installation Liaise with main contractors, consultants, and clients on-site for approvals, clarifications, and progress updates Prepare and submit daily work progress reports and site photos Maintain proper documentation of site activities including snag lists, material usage, and labor attendance Enforce safety compliance and resolve any on-site conflicts or challenges quickly and efficiently Ensure timely rectification of snag items and project handover readiness

Qualifications & Experience:

Minimum 3 years experience in site supervision (preferably in aluminum and glass installation) Strong understanding of shop drawings, site measurements, and fixing details Proven experience dealing with main contractors, consultants, and fit-out teams Good communication and leadership skills Ability to handle multiple sites and deliver under tight deadlines UAE driving license is a plus Proficiency in English (spoken and written) required; knowledge of Hindi/Arabic is an advantage
