? Act as the main point of contact for customers at the site, ensuring their requirements and concerns are addressed professionally and promptly.
? Plan, organize, and supervise site staff, technicians, and subcontractors to ensure efficient work execution.
? Monitor and maintain a high standard of customer satisfaction throughout the project duration.
? Ensure timely communication and coordination with clients regarding project progress, changes, and site issues.
? Oversee daily site operations and ensure all MEP works comply with approved drawings, specifications, and safety regulations.
? Allocate tasks and responsibilities to staff, monitor performance, and provide guidance as needed.
? Manage site records, including attendance, progress reports, material deliveries, and incident reports.
? Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental (HSE) standards.
? Attend client and consultant meetings, representing the company's interests.
