We are looking to hire a reliable and experienced Site Supervisor to oversee villa construction activities on-site. The ideal candidate will be responsible for daily site operations, managing labor and subcontractors, and ensuring that all work is performed to the required quality, safety standards, and project timelines.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate site activities and labor force to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
Monitor construction progress and ensure compliance with architectural and structural drawings.
Check materials and workmanship to ensure quality and conformity to project specifications.
Ensure adherence to safety protocols and always site cleanliness.
Coordinate with engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers for timely delivery of work.
Maintain site reports, work records, and daily progress logs.
Handle site inspections and support project engineers during quality control checks.
Resolve on-site issues promptly to avoid project delays.
Job Requirements:
Diploma or Certificate in Civil Engineering or Construction Management.
Minimum 5 years of experience in villa or residential construction supervision in the UAE.
Ability to read and understand construction drawings and specifications.
Knowledge of construction procedures, materials, and safety standards.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
UAE driving license preferred.
Familiar with local labor regulations and authority inspection processes.
Familiar with UAE building codes and municipality procedures.
Hands-on experience managing masonry, finishing, and MEP coordination on villas.
