Job Description

Responsible for planning, coordinating and controlling our manufacturing, fabrication, fit out installation and delivery processes

Ensure that goods and services are produced and delivered efficiently

Involved in pre-production (planning) stage, production (control and quality) stage and post-production (installation and delivery at site)

Act as main point of contact for communications with client at site regarding project progress and services

Ascertain safety, efficiency, quality and cost-effectiveness of work at site

About the role:

Liaise with other team members to formulate objectives and understand requirements

Organize workflow and workforce to meet specifications and deadlines

Monitor production to resolve issues

Supervise and evaluate performance of production personnel (machine operators, workers etc.)

Determine amount of necessary resources (workforce, raw materials etc.)

Approve maintenance work, purchasing of equipment etc.

Ensure output meets quality standards

Enforce health and safety precautions

Report daily updates to management

Make necessary arrangements for daily materials needed for work at site

Set project goals and oversee projects to completion and handover; schedule and track assignments

Requirements:

Must have valid UAE driving license

Holding a Diploma in Civil Engineering or any related field is preferred but not necessary

Wide experience in Steel Fabrication, joinery or carpentry, furniture and fixture builds, exhibition stands, interior decoration and commercial / residential fit out projects is preferred

Must be fluent in english and able to converse with workforce including technicians and skilled workers in hindi

Expected to start immediately
