Ramzin Group is looking for a dependable and experienced Site Supervisor to join our team and lead interior fit-out projects across Dubai. If you have a solid background in site supervision, technical know-how, and a passion for high-quality delivery, we'd love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise site activities, subcontractors, and workforce to ensure smooth project execution.
Ensure work aligns with technical drawings, design specs, and quality/safety standards.
Coordinate material deliveries and manage on-site inventory.
Conduct inspections, resolve technical issues, and prepare progress reports.
Ensure compliance with Dubai Municipality regulations and safety protocols.
Qualifications:
Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
3-6 years of experience supervising interior fit-out or construction projects.
Strong understanding of MEP coordination, material procurement, and BOQ analysis.
Proficient in reading technical drawings; knowledge of AutoCAD, MS Project, or Primavera.
Experience with structural works, finishing, and ornamentation.
UAE driving license is a plus.
