Must be able to understand drawings & details, material finishes and construction material requirements.
Material and manpower planning and management.
Should be able to perform setting-out plans on site as per approved drawings.
Should be able to independently handle sites
Should have past experience of executing commercial projects such as retail stores, offices, banks, etc.
Prepare daily site progress reports and report to PM.
Should have an understanding of construction planning and methodology to execute the site in systematic way.
Should have installation knowledge of Gypsum, Tiles, glass and frame, carpet and vinyl flooring, etc.
- Coordinate with the project team, including architects, designers, and engineers, to ensure smooth project execution.
- Review and interpret project plans and specifications, and ensure they are implemented correctly.
- Maintain accurate documentation, including daily progress reports, site records, and safety reports.
- Provide technical guidance and support to the construction team as needed.
Requirements:
Experience as a Fit-Out Site Supervisor or similar role
- In-depth knowledge of fit-out construction methods, materials, and processes.
- Strong leadership and supervisory skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a team.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Solid understanding of construction safety regulations and practices.
