Supervise and coordinate daily construction activities on-site.
Ensure adherence to safety regulations and company policies.
Monitor work progress and report on project status.
Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and clients to ensure smooth operations.
Inspect work sites to ensure quality standards are met.
Manage and guide construction workers and subcontractors.
Prepare and maintain site reports, documentation, and logs.
Ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment.
Enforce safety protocols and conduct safety meetings.
Assist in resolving on-site issues promptly.
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of site supervision experience in the UAE.
Knowledge of construction methods, safety standards, and quality control.
Strong organizational and leadership skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Good communication skills in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
Qualifications:
Relevant diploma or degree in Construction Management, or related field preferred.
Additional Notes:
Candidates with a valid UAE driving license will have an advantage but is not mandatory.
Immediate joiners will be preferred.
