to oversee and manage construction site activities across our projects in the UAE. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supervising site workers, ensuring project quality and timelines, and coordinating with clients, contractors, and engineers.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise day-to-day site activities related to waterproofing (e.g., bituminous membrane, liquid applied, cementitious, PU injection, etc.).
Monitor and manage work execution in compliance with project specifications, drawings, safety standards, and quality control protocols.
Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure smooth progress of work.
Manage site manpower and ensure proper allocation of resources and materials.
Conduct site inspections and report progress, issues, and delays to management.
Ensure adherence to all health and safety regulations at the worksite.
Prepare daily and weekly reports on site activities and material usage.
Oversee the application of waterproofing materials and ensure correct methods and techniques are used.
Attend site meetings and provide input on project execution and problem-solving.
Maintain documentation of work completed for quality audits and client handover.
Qualifications & Skills:
Minimum 2-4 years of site supervision experience in waterproofing projects in the UAE or GCC.
Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or relevant field is preferred.
In-depth knowledge of various waterproofing systems and materials.
Strong understanding of construction drawings and specifications.
Excellent leadership and team management skills.
Strong communication and reporting skills (Arabic is a plus).
Familiar with UAE construction safety standards and regulations.
Valid UAE driving license preferred.
Work Conditions:
Site-based role, with travel to multiple project locations across the UAE.
May require overtime or weekend work based on project needs.
salary - 2000 AED to 3000 AED
Having driving liscence will be added qualification
