We are looking for a proactive and experienced Site Supervisor to manage fit-out and interior contracting projects on-site. The role requires hands-on supervision of all interior fit-out and construction activities, with a strong emphasis on quality, safety, and timely delivery. Knowledge of MEP works and the ability to communicate effectively in English and Urdu is essential; Arabic language skills are considered a strong advantage.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee day-to-day site operations for interior fit-out and refurbishment projects.
Coordinate effectively with subcontractors, suppliers, consultants, and site workers.
Interpret and implement project drawings and specifications accurately on site.
Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
Conduct regular safety inspections and ensure compliance with HSE regulations.
Maintain daily site records: manpower, materials, progress, inspections, and incidents.
Ensure work is executed to a high standard and resolve any site-related issues promptly.
Assist with MEP coordination, understanding basic mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
Support snagging, handover, and client walk-through processes.
?Understanding of construction/contracting safety protocols and local regulations.
Requirements:
Can start immediately.
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in site supervision, preferably in the fit-out/interior contracting sector.
Knowledge of MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) systems is a strong advantage.
Ability to read technical drawings and plans (civil, architectural, MEP).
Strong communication and team leadership skills.
Fluent in English and Urdu; Arabic is a bonus.
Sound understanding of construction safety practices and regulations.
Basic computer skills; familiarity with MS Office and project reporting tools.
