Manage and coordinate the activities of on-site personnel, including subcontractors, to ensure efficient and effective project execution.
Monitor and control the progress of the project, identifying and resolving any issues or delays in a timely manner.
Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations, and implement appropriate safety measures on-site.
Liaise with the project manager, clients, and other stakeholders to provide regular updates on the project status and address any concerns.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of site activities, including timesheets, material usage, and equipment maintenance.
Identify and recommend opportunities for process improvements, cost savings, and increased productivity.
Provide mentorship and guidance to junior site staff, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
Qualifications and Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience as a Site
