Job Title: Site Supervisor - Decoration/Fit-out
Job Summary:
Oversee decoration and fit-out projects, ensuring timely completion, excellent finishing results, and effective communication.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Supervise projects from start to finish
2. Conduct site inspections to monitor progress and quality
3. Liaise with clients, contractors, and stakeholders
4. Manage site staff and subcontractors
5. Enforce safety protocols and regulations
6. Resolve site-related issues promptly
7. Maintain accurate records and submit regular reports
Requirements:
1. 10+ years of experience as a Site Supervisor in decoration or fit-out
2. Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field
3. Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
4. Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations
5. Valid UAE driving license and relevant industry certifications
