Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Interior Fit-Out Site Supervisor to oversee and manage on-site activities for our interior fit-out projects. The successful candidate will ensure that all work is carried out in accordance with the project's scope, timeline, and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise daily site activities, ensuring adherence to project plans and specifications. Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and subcontractors to maintain workflow efficiency. Inspect and verify the quality of work and materials used on-site. Ensure that all work is completed on time and within budget. Monitor site safety and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations. Resolve any on-site issues or conflicts between workers and subcontractors. Maintain accurate records of site progress, delays, and changes. Communicate regularly with the project manager to provide updates and feedback. Assist in the procurement and management of site materials and resources.

Qualifications:

Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field. Minimum 10 years of experience in site supervision 5 of them to be in restaurant, preferably in interior fit-out projects. Strong understanding of construction techniques, materials, and safety standards. Proficiency in MS Office Suite and construction management software. Excellent leadership and organizational skills. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities. Ability to manage multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment. Valid driving license.
