We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Site Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our interior design projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in interior fit-out, excellent leadership abilities, and a keen eye for detail. As a Site Supervisor, you will ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. You are also expected of the following -
- Coordinate with the project team, including architects, designers, and engineers, to ensure smooth project execution.
- Manage and schedule subcontractors, suppliers, and materials to meet project deadlines.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, quality, and adherence to safety standards.
- Review and interpret project plans and specifications, and ensure they are implemented correctly.
- Monitor and control project costs, ensuring budgetary guidelines are followed.
- Maintain accurate documentation, including daily progress reports, site records, and safety reports.
- Provide technical guidance and support to the construction team as needed.
- Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to address their concerns and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices related to fit-out construction.
