: Site Supervisor
Experience Required:
1 year in the UAE.Key Responsibilities:
Site Management:
Oversee daily site operations, ensuring safety and project plans are followed.Safety Compliance:
Implement safety protocols according to UAE regulations.Team Coordination:
Supervise site workers, including subcontractors and laborers, and manage team performance.Documentation & Reporting:
Maintain progress records and submit reports.Resource Management:
Manage materials, equipment, and manpower, and monitor inventory.Quality Control:
Inspect work for quality and resolve issues.Problem-Solving:
Address and resolve site issues quickly.Qualifications:
Relevant site supervisor experience in the UAE. Knowledge of construction processes and safety standards. Strong organizational and leadership skills. Good communication and interpersonal skills. UAE driving license preferred.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
