Job Summary: Looking for a Site Supervisor in Dubai, United Arab Emirates (UAE)
Job Key Details:
- Assign labor, equipment, materials as well as subcontractors effectively with an aim of increasing safety and profitability
- Plan projects to ensure deadlines are met on time
- Offer full time on site supervision of the project assigned
- Compute and monitor all materials required for each project
- Communicate with consultants as well as project manager concerning all contract discrepancies or changes
- Implement safety policies and carry out site safety meetings
- Provide solutions to the daily site issues and present reports to project manager in a timely manner
- Undertake any other relevant tasks as may be required
- Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering
- At least 2 and above years of UAE experience as a site supervisor
- Must have good communication and supervisory skills
- Excellent organizational and planning skills
- Good analytical and problem solving skills
- Should have good people management skills
- Male candidates are required
- The jobholder must have a valid UAE license
