Job Summary: Looking for a Site Supervisor in Dubai, United Arab Emirates (UAE)

Job Key Details:

Plan projects to ensure deadlines are met on time
Assign labor, equipment, materials as well as subcontractors to maximize safety and profitability
Monitor all materials within the store room and at the site
Choose contractors as well as sub-contractors
Compute and monitor all materials required for each project
Supervise the activities of the site
Communicate with consultants as well as project manager concerning all contract discrepancies or adjustments as required
Settle the daily field issues and present reports to managers
Keep up a safe, secure and healthy working environment

Job Qualifications and Experience

The applicant must have an Interior Designing, Architectural or Engineering background
At least 3+ years of UAE experience in interior fit out projects
Excellent organization and planning skills required
Strong supervisory skills required
Must be a very good problem solver
The applicant must have a valid UAE driving license
Should be able to meet tight deadlines as well as schedules
Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
