Job Summary: Looking for a Site Supervisor in Dubai, United Arab Emirates (UAE)

Job Key Details:

• Oversee construction projects and ensure they are completed within the designated time frame and budget
• Supervise the construction team, providing guidance, support, and motivation to ensure optimal performance
• Order building supplies and materials, ensuring an adequate inventory for ongoing construction activities
• Train new construction employees, familiarizing them with the company\'s safety policies and procedures
• Monitor and enforce compliance with building codes and construction safety regulations
• Interpret and analyze building plans to ensure accurate implementation of design specifications
• Address and resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during the construction process
• Carry out regular inspections to ensure quality control and adherence to project specifications
• Provide first aid and emergency assistance when required

Job Qualifications and Experience

• Should have a relevant Engineering Degree
• At least 2 to 5 years of proven experience as a site supervisor or similar role in the construction industry
• Must be familiar with building codes and construction safety regulations
• Must be detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills
• Proficient in interpreting and understanding building plans and specifications
• Exceptional leadership and team management abilities
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with team members and stakeholders
• Strong problem-solving skills to address issues and find practical solutions
• Ability to remain calm and composed in high-pressure situations
