Job Summary: Looking for a Site Supervisor in Dubai, United Arab Emirates (UAE)

Job Key Details:

Conduct inspections at the construction site regularly to identify and eliminate potential safety hazards
Oversee and instruct the construction team as well as subcontractors
Enforce site safety rules to reduce work-related accidents as well as injuries
Handle site accidents based on the set accident protocol
Maintain an accurate record of employee attendance
Analyze the performance of construction employees and institute disciplinary measures as may be required
Suggest changes to operations or procedures if necessary
Perform any other related tasks as may be required

Job Qualifications and Experience

Possess a Degree/ Diploma in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or related field of study
At least 2+ years of experience working as a site supervisor or in a related role
Must have CPR and first aid certifications
Must be familiar with building codes and construction safety regulations
Strong knowledge of construction tools as well as equipment required
Strong leadership skills
Must have good organizational and communication skills
