Responsible for supervising the day-to-day site operations, managing workers, and ensuring that construction activities are carried out safely, efficiently, and as per design and specifications.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Supervise and guide workers, technicians, and subcontractors on site.
Ensure that work is performed according to approved drawings and method statements.
Monitor daily manpower, materials, and equipment usage.
Maintain site cleanliness, order, and safety compliance.
Coordinate with the Site Engineer regarding daily progress and technical issues.
Report site problems, delays, or material shortages promptly.
Ensure proper installation, alignment, and finishing of all construction works.
Record daily work activities and submit reports to the Site Engineer.
Maintain quality control and workmanship standards at all times.
3 Month Probation Period
