Job Description

Job Responsibilities:



Supervise and manage all

site works

and coordinate with technicians and procurement teams. Oversee

installation, maintenance, and repair

of

Civil

,

Electrical, HVAC, and Plumbing

systems.

Diagnose and troubleshoot

electrical faults, plumbing leaks, and HVAC malfunctions. Conduct

regular inspections

and perform

preventive maintenance

to ensure system reliability. Ensure all work follows

DEWA standards

, safety protocols, and quality requirements. Review and work from

engineering drawings and specifications.

Prepare

daily site reports

and update management on progress. Provide

hands-on technical support

and ensure project deadlines are met.

Requirements:



Minimum

3 years of proven UAE experience

in MEP works. Strong technical knowledge in

Civil

and Electrical works & repairs.

Excellent understanding of

DEWA standards

for electrical works. Strong

supervisory, communication, and leadership skills.

Ability to manage multiple projects under pressure and ensure timely completion. Proficient in

problem-solving and troubleshooting.

AED 2,500/-
