Site Supervisor Civil
Job Description
Responsibilities:Supervise and monitor electrical works at project sites (installation, wiring, testing, commissioning).Ensure work is carried out as per drawings, specifications, and industry standards.Allocate tasks to electricians and technicians, ensuring productivity and quality.Review and monitor progress to ensure timely completion of work.Coordinate with Project Engineer, contractors, and other site supervisors (civil, mechanical, etc.).Attend site meetings with consultants/clients for progress updates.Provide daily/weekly progress reports to management.Required SkillsDiploma / ITI in Electrical Engineering (bachelor's degree preferred).2 years of site supervision experience in electrical contracting projectsStrong knowledge of electrical contracting works (LV/MV systems, wiring, cabling, panels, etc.).Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings and layouts.Strong leadership and team supervision skills.Problem-solving ability with attention to detail.
