Site Supervisor for Furniture manufacturing Industry,
Duties and responsibilities
Scheduling workers' time and assigning tasks to ensure that projects are completed on time.
Inspecting completed work to make sure it meets quality standards.
Coordinating with other subcontractors on large projects as needed to ensure that work flows smoothly from start to finish.
Managing daily operations, scheduling work shifts, Supervising workers to ensure that they perform their jobs in accordance with safety protocols and industry standards.
Reviewing blueprints with architects or engineers to determine the materials needed for projects.
Maintain a clean and safe work site.
Supervise and train other carpenters or helpers as needed.
Schedule and oversee all aspects of the carpentry work on assigned projects, including materials, equipment, and workers.
Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine the type of wood required, dimensions, and tools needed.
Setting up work sites with the appropriate tools and materials for projects.
Free visa + medical + workmen's compensation insurance+ accommodation + transportation will be provided.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED4,500.00 per month
