Job Title: Site Supervisor - Interior Design & Fit-out

We are looking for an experienced Site Supervisor to oversee and manage interior design and fit-out projects. The ideal candidate will ensure that all work is completed on time, within budget, and in accordance with design specifications and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise day-to-day site activities and coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and workers.
Ensure all site work is carried out according to drawings, specifications, and safety standards.
Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion of each phase.
Check quality of materials and workmanship on site.
Prepare daily site reports and update project status to management.
Handle site issues promptly and effectively.
Coordinate with design, procurement, and technical teams for smooth project execution.
Requirements:
Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
Minimum 2-4 years of experience as a Site Supervisor in interior design or fit-out projects.
Strong knowledge of construction and finishing works.
Ability to read and interpret drawings and technical documents.
Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Valid UAE driving license (preferred).
