. The candidate will ensure projects are executed on time, within budget, and meet quality and safety standards, while coordinating teams across multiple sites.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise all on-site activities for fit-out projects in Abu Dhabi and Dubai.
Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.
Monitor workmanship and material quality, ensuring compliance with project specifications.
Conduct regular site inspections to ensure safety and adherence to standards.
Manage workforce allocation and resolve on-site issues efficiently.
Track progress, prepare daily/weekly reports, and communicate updates to project managers.
Ensure timely delivery and proper installation of furniture, fixtures, and finishes.
Assist in planning, scheduling, and managing resources across multiple sites.
Maintain proper documentation for materials, site instructions, and approvals.
Qualifications & Skills
Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management.
Proven experience as a Site Supervisor in fit-out or interior projects.
Ability to manage multiple sites in Abu Dhabi and Dubai.
Strong knowledge of construction methods, fit-out processes, and safety regulations.
Ability to read and interpret drawings, plans, and specifications.
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
Proficient in MS Office.
