Job Title: Aluminum & Glass Supervisor

Key Responsibilities:
Supervise aluminum and glass teams in fabrication and installation works.
Oversee the execution of windows, doors, and curtain walls as per drawings and specifications.
Assign tasks to technicians and workers, ensuring quality and timely completion.
Coordinate with management and contractors to ensure smooth workflow.
Enforce safety regulations and resolve site-related issues.
Prepare daily/weekly progress reports.
Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of experience as a Supervisor in aluminum and glass field.
Strong knowledge of fabrication and installation processes.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
Excellent leadership and organizational skills.
Ability to manage teams and work under pressure.
