We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Site Supervisor to oversee aluminium and glass installation works at project sites. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience managing site teams, coordinating with contractors and clients, and ensuring work is carried out efficiently, safely, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate all on-site aluminium and glass installation activities.
Read and interpret architectural and shop drawings.
Ensure materials, tools, and manpower are available as per project schedule.
Monitor site progress and ensure timely completion of tasks.
Enforce safety regulations and site discipline.
Liaise with project managers, contractors, and clients.
Inspect work quality and resolve any technical/site issues.
Maintain daily site reports, attendance, and progress updates.
Requirements:
Minimum 3-5 years' experience in aluminium and glass works.
Strong knowledge of curtain walls, doors, windows, partitions, and cladding systems.
Ability to manage site operations independently.
Familiar with safety regulations and quality standards.
Good leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Diploma or Technical Certification in Civil/Mechanical Engineering (preferred).
Valid driving license (preferred).
