Job Description

Site Management:

Oversee all aspects of construction activities on-site, ensuring adherence to project plans and specifications.

Team Leadership:

Supervise and lead on-site personnel, ensuring that team members are trained and working efficiently.

Safety Compliance:

Implement and enforce safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment. Conduct regular safety inspections and training.

Quality Control:

Monitor the quality of work and materials, ensuring compliance with standards and specifications.

Scheduling:

Develop and manage work schedules, ensuring timely completion of project milestones.

Communication:

Serve as the main point of contact for clients, subcontractors, and other stakeholders. Report on project progress and any issues that arise.

Problem-Solving:

Address on-site issues promptly and effectively to minimize disruptions and delays.

Documentation:

Maintain accurate records of daily activities, progress reports, and incident reports.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED1,800.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
