Site Supervisor
Job Description
An international group in Dubai urgently requires: Site Supervisor with 3 to 4 years Qatar experience. Duties: Supervises meal preparation and service. Monitors the inventory of site materials, supplies, and equipment; makes purchases, staying within the site budget. Assures accurate, complete, and confidential maintenance of employee and client records. Assures that all center-level documentation and reports are complete, up-to-date, and accurate. Conducts staff performance evaluations and development plans. Responsible for the day-to-day operations of build sites, including leading and managing crew leaders, volunteers and future/current homeowners on specific construction tasks. Volunteers will have varying levels of construction experience and skills and so they must be mentored and supervised closely. Deliver consistent and high quality work utilizing industry standard methodologies and materials. Coordinate with Project Manager on all sub-contractor scheduling and material ordering.
