Supervise daily site works and ensure activities are carried out as per instructions.
Coordinate with supervisors, foremen, workers, and subcontractors on site.
Monitor manpower, materials, and equipment availability.
Ensure health and safety rules are followed at all times.
Prepare daily progress updates and report to management.
Assist in solving site-level issues to avoid delays.
Travel between different project sites as required.
Experience not required - fresh candidates can apply.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Preferred Skills
Basic knowledge of construction activities and site operations.
Ability to read simple site drawings or instructions.
Willingness to learn and grow with the company.
Driving License Requirement

must hold a valid driving license
