A valid UAE driving license is essential for this role.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise day-to-day joinery site operations and ensure that work is carried out as per drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
Coordinate with project managers, design teams, and production to ensure timely delivery and installation of joinery elements.
Interpret and implement technical drawings and specifications on-site.
Manage and guide site teams, including carpenters and subcontractors, ensuring efficient workflow.
Monitor site progress, track materials and manpower, and prepare daily/weekly site reports.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations at the site.
Attend site meetings and provide updates on work status and challenges.
Requirements:
Minimum 3-4 years of UAE experience in
joinery/interior fit-out site supervision

Strong ability to
read and understand technical and shop drawings

Good verbal and written communication in
English and Hindi

Valid
UAE driving license
is mandatory.
Excellent leadership, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
