Cityway Facilities Management is looking for a reliable and experienced
Site Supervisor
to manage daily site activities for maintenance, fit-out, and renovation works. The Site Supervisor will ensure smooth execution of work, workforce supervision, and adherence to safety and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise daily site activities and workforce performance.
Coordinate with technicians, subcontractors, and suppliers.
Ensure work is executed according to approved drawings, scope, and timelines.
Monitor material usage and report shortages or damages.
Ensure compliance with safety rules, site procedures, and company policies.
Conduct site inspections and report progress to the Project Manager.
Resolve minor site issues and escalate major concerns to management.
Maintain site records, daily reports, and attendance.
Qualifications & Skills
Diploma or Bachelor's degree in
Civil Engineering or related field
.
Minimum
3 years of experience
as a Site Supervisor (FM or construction background preferred).
Knowledge of maintenance, MEP, and civil works.
Strong leadership, coordination, and communication skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
