Job Description

Experience



3 -4 years



Qualification



Diploma / ITI in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent



Supervisor / Foreman certification - Added advantage



Industry Exposure (Mandatory)



Oil & Gas site execution



Fabrication & erection works



Pipeline installation



Structural steel erection (skids, platforms, pipe racks, shelters)



Key Responsibilities



Site Execution & Supervision



Coordinate manpower, tools, and equipment for daily activities



Coordination & Reporting



Report daily progress, manpower deployment, and site issues



Identify site constraints and propose practical solutions



Quality Control Support



Support inspections and rectify punch points



Ensure compliance with approved ITPs



Ensure strict adherence to HSE rules at site



Required Technical Skills



Strong knowledge of Structural steel erection

Ability to read and understand, CAD drawings, Isometric drawings

Familiar with Welding processes, Lifting and rigging basics


Preferred Experience



UAE or GCC experience

ADNOC / Oil & Gas client site exposure

Experience working under permit-to-work systems


Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED2,500.00 per month
