Radius Interior Design, Abu Dhabi

We are seeking an experienced Fit-Out Site Supervisor to oversee and manage our interior design projects from execution to completion. The ideal candidate will ensure all fit-out works are completed to the highest standards, on time, and in accordance with project specifications.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise and coordinate fit-out labor teams on-site, ensuring work quality and adherence to project specifications Oversee gypsum installation, partitioning, and finishing works Supervise joinery and woodwork operations, ensuring precision and quality craftsmanship Coordinate material procurement and ensure timely availability of resources on-site Manage labor recruitment and allocation based on project requirements Transport and coordinate labor teams to project sites as needed Prepare detailed daily and weekly progress reports for management Monitor project timelines and ensure all works are completed within scheduled timeframes Conduct regular site inspections to maintain quality control and safety standards Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and clients to ensure smooth project execution Identify and resolve on-site issues promptly to prevent project delays Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times

Requirements

Proven experience as a Fit-Out Site Supervisor in the interior design or construction industry Strong knowledge of gypsum works, joinery, and woodwork Excellent leadership and team management skills Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications Strong organizational and time management abilities Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus) Valid UAE driving license.

Pay: AED4,500.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
