Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Site Supervisor to oversee daily site operations, coordinate with contractors, and ensure smooth execution of projects. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership, communication, and technical skills, with the ability to manage workforce and maintain quality and safety standards.

Valid UAE driving license is Mandatory

Key Responsibilities

Supervise and monitor daily site activities to ensure work is carried out as per drawings, specifications, and schedules.

Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure timely delivery and completion of work.

Inspect work progress and quality to ensure compliance with standards and client requirements.

Ensure health, safety, and environmental regulations are followed at all times on site.

Prepare and submit daily/weekly site reports, including manpower, progress, and material usage.

Identify and resolve site-related issues promptly to avoid project delays.

Verify measurements, quantities, and assist in preparing reports for billing/certification.

Conduct toolbox talks, safety briefings, and ensure all workers adhere to company policies.

Liaise with project managers, engineers, and clients to provide updates and address concerns.

Requirements

Diploma/Degree is preferred.

Minimum 2 years of proven experience as a Site Supervisor in [flooring/interior/fit-out] projects.

Strong knowledge of site management and safety regulations.

Excellent organizational and leadership skills.

Ability to read and interpret drawings, BOQs, and technical specifications.

Proficiency in MS Office and reporting tools.

Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Additional Information

Must be willing to work at project sites as required.

AutoCAD Knowledge will be preferred.
