minimum of 3 years of experience
with
UAE driving License
-managing construction sites, labor, and subcontractors. This position requires strong leadership, problem-solving skills, and a keen eye for quality and safety.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise all on-site construction activities and ensure smooth workflow
Monitor site operations, quality control, and daily work schedules
Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and laborers
Ensure work is completed on time, within scope, and according to safety guidelines
Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly site reports
Conduct site inspections and address any issues or delays
Report progress and challenges to the Project Manager or Engineer
Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of site supervisory experience in the UAE or GCC
Diploma in Civil Engineering
(or relevant technical qualification)
Valid UAE Driving License (mandatory)
Familiarity with construction drawings and documentation
Knowledge of UAE safety regulations and quality standards
Ability to manage a multi-cultural workforce
Strong communication and leadership skills
Willingness to travel to different project sites across the UAE
Immediate joiners preferred
