We are pleased to introduce to you our company: Dream Works Decor LLC, the Abu Dhabi (UAE) based interior fit out company. We are the team of professionals who understand what customer needs and trying to fulfill those requirements in the best way. We deal in - Gypsum, Ceiling, Partition, Tiling, Paint, MEP, Joinery and all kinds of Fit outs.

Site Management:

Supervise and coordinate day-to-day activities on-site. Ensure all workers adhere to safety standards, regulations, and best practices. Manage site logistics, including deliveries, waste disposal, and access control.

Team Supervision:

Lead, mentor, and monitor site staff and subcontractors. Assign tasks and ensure timely completion of work. Resolve any conflicts or issues among workers on-site.

Project Coordination:

Liaise with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders. Ensure construction or operational milestones are met on schedule. Report progress, issues, and delays to upper management.

Quality Assurance:

Inspect work to ensure compliance with plans, specifications, and quality standards. Identify and rectify any defects or rework needs promptly.

Health & Safety Compliance:

Conduct regular site inspections and safety briefings. Enforce company health and safety policies and procedures. Report and investigate accidents or incidents.

Documentation & Reporting:

Maintain accurate records of attendance, incidents, and materials. Prepare and submit daily or weekly progress reports.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a site supervisor or similar role. Strong knowledge of construction or industrial processes, methods, and safety regulations. Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings. Proficient in MS Office; familiarity with project management software is a plus. Visit Visa, Cancel Visa UAE driving license is a plus Prior experience in interior fit-out or decor projects is essential Capable of managing site activities, coordinating with subcontractors, and maintaining quality standards Strong communication and leadership skills.
