Site Supervior
Job Description
We are looking for a Site Supervisor / Junior Engineer to oversee and support day-to-day site operations. The ideal candidate should have a strong technical background, attention to detail, and the ability to ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and to quality standards.
Responsibilities:
Supervise site work and coordinate with workers, subcontractors, and suppliers.
Review drawings and ensure proper implementation on site.
Monitor progress, materials, and manpower.
Prepare daily site reports and update to the Office
Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
Assist in quantity take-offs and material requests.
Requirements:
Diploma or Degree in Civil /(or related field).( Not Mandatory)
1-3 years of experience preferred.
Strong knowledge of site supervision, coordination, and documentation.
Good communication and leadership skills.
