Job Description
Responsibilities: * Receives and inspects all incoming materials and reconciles with purchase requisition/purchase orders * Processes and distributes documentation with purchase orders; reports, documents, and tracks damages and discrepancies on orders received. * Receive and verify materials or supplies against specifications and quantity requested. * Plan, Schedule and Dispatch on-site deliveries of requested materials * Handles and documents storage and transportation of hazardous materials. * Follow up Basic stock inventory procedures, requisitions, purchase orders, invoices, packing slips etc. * Maintains the warehouse, records area and stores area in a neat and orderly manner. * Ensure Materials are stored at the appropriate storage area and maintained at the right classification * Follow up the ordered purchase item and check and follow up the statues * Assists with physical inventory cycle count and stock taking Job Requirements: - Minimum 3 Years and sound knowledge in Agriculture, Horticulture & Irrigation Materials - Excellent Communicator skilled in English, Hindi/Urdu. Arabic knowledge is preferred - Sound Knowledge in using MS Office, ERP and other Cloud/Online Inventory Control Applications - High School Diploma or above required with strong arithmetic and engineering background Job Type: Permanent Salary: AED1,500.00 - AED2,500.00 per month Application Question(s):
