Job Summary:
Al Marwan Group is seeking a highly experienced
Site Resident Engineer (construction)
to oversee and manage site operations for building projects. The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership skills, technical expertise, and proven experience in ensuring project compliance with design specifications, quality standards, and safety regulations.Key Responsibilities:
Manage and supervise day-to-day site operations and contractors. Ensure adherence to project specifications, drawings, and QA/QC standards. Coordinate with project managers, consultants, and site teams for timely execution. Monitor progress, resolve site issues, and maintain compliance with safety protocols. Provide technical guidance and ensure high-quality project delivery.
Requirements:
Minimum
15 years of experience
, with at least 5 years as a Resident Engineer. Strong background inbuilding projects
