Only candidates with hands-on experience in aluminium, glazing, or facade systems (windows, doors, curtain walls, cladding, skylights, etc.) will be considered.
Job Summary
We are seeking a
Site Quality Control Engineer
with strong expertise inaluminium and glazing works
to oversee quality at all stages -- from material inspection to fabrication and site installation. The role ensures compliance withproject specifications, approved drawings, and industry standards
, maintaining high-quality deliverables throughout the project lifecycle.Key Responsibilities
Implement and monitor
Project Quality Plan (PQP)
,ITPs
, and QC procedures for aluminium & glazing works. Inspectincoming materials
, including profiles, glass, sealants, hardware, and fasteners. Performfabrication checks
in workshop: cutting, assembly, glazing, and hardware fitting. Conductsite inspections
for installation of frames, curtain walls, and cladding systems. Verifyalignment, verticality, and weatherproofing
during installation. Prepare and submitdaily/weekly QC reports
, NCRs, and CAPA records. CoordinateRFIs and inspections
with consultants and clients. Supportfunctional testing
(water, air, and operation tests). Maintain all quality documentation and ensure proper close-out of NCRs.Qualifications & Experience
Diploma or Bachelor's degree in
Civil or Mechanical Engineering
.2-4 years
experience asQC Engineer
inAluminium / Glazing / Facade industry
. Strong knowledge ofshop drawings, method statements, and QA/QC procedures
. Familiar withwater & air test procedures, material inspection, and site QC coordination
