Job Description

We are looking for an experienced

Site Operation Supervisor

to lead and manage on-site activities related to

residential and commercial waterproofing

,

external wall coatings

, and

surface preparation

. The ideal candidate will have in-depth technical knowledge of waterproofing systems, surface treatment methods, and coating applications, combined with strong communication skills to coordinate effectively with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Site Supervision:

Oversee daily site operations across multiple projects, ensuring tasks are executed as per specifications and safety standards.

Waterproofing & Coatings:

Supervise and ensure correct application of waterproofing systems (roofs, wet areas, foundations) and external wall coatings, including primers, textures, and final finishes.

Surface Preparation:

Ensure proper substrate preparation (cleaning, repairing, priming) before application of coatings.

Team Leadership:

Manage site labor teams and subcontractors; assign daily duties, monitor output, and maintain work discipline.

Quality Control:

Conduct inspections during all stages of work. Ensure compliance with approved materials, specifications, and workmanship standards.

Client Interaction:

Serve as the primary on-site contact for clients. Provide regular updates, address concerns, and ensure satisfaction with project progress and quality.

Material & Inventory Management:

Monitor use of materials and coordinate timely deliveries to avoid delays.

Safety & Compliance:

Enforce site safety procedures and ensure team adherence to HSE regulations.

Reporting:

Maintain daily logs, progress reports, and photo documentation. Escalate issues or deviations to management promptly.

Requirements:

Education:

Diploma or Bachelor's in Civil Engineering, Construction Technology, or related field (preferred but not mandatory with strong field experience)

Experience:

Minimum

3-5 years

in site supervision for

waterproofing and external coatings

(UAE/GCC experience preferred)

Technical Skills:

Proficient in waterproofing systems (Polyurea, Bituminous, PU, Cementitious, etc.) Knowledge of external wall coatings and textured finishes Expertise in surface preparation techniques (grinding, patching, priming)

Communication:

Excellent spoken and written English; Other languages (Arabic, Hindi/Urdu) a plus.

Leadership:

Strong team management, organizational skills, and the ability to work independently on site.

License:

UAE driving license preferred (mobility between sites required)
