We are currently seeking a qualified and dedicated

Site Male Nurse

to join our team for the

night shift

at a construction project site in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering prompt medical care, conducting health checks, maintaining compliance with occupational health and safety regulations, and ensuring the well-being of site personnel during night operations.

This is a full-time,

must hold a valid DHA (Dubai Health Authority) license

to be considered.

Key Responsibilities

Provide on-site medical assistance and first aid for injuries and emergencies during night shifts Administer medication and monitor the health conditions of employees Conduct routine health assessments and safety checks Ensure compliance with health and safety standards applicable to construction environments Maintain and update medical records and incident documentation Coordinate with external healthcare facilities as needed Support the implementation of site-specific health and safety policies

Qualifications and Requirements

Valid

DHA

license. Experience in first aid and emergency response, preferably in night operations Strong understanding of occupational health and safety practices on construction sites Excellent communication, documentation, and interpersonal skills Ability to handle confidential medical records with professionalism Prior experience in the construction or industrial sector is a plus

Bachelor's degree in nursing or a related discipline
