. The Site Nurse will be responsible for providing on-site medical support, first aid, and health-related guidance to employees, ensuring compliance with QCHP standards and workplace health regulations
Key Responsibilities:
Provide primary healthcare and first aid treatment for site staff in case of injury or illness.
Conduct regular health checks and maintain accurate medical records of employees.
Ensure compliance with QCHP regulations and occupational health standards.
Support site management in implementing health and hygiene practices.
Administer basic medications and treatments as prescribed.
Monitor and manage emergency medical equipment and supplies on-site.
Educate employees on health, hygiene, and wellness awareness.
Coordinate with hospitals, clinics, and medical authorities in case of emergencies.
Prepare and submit medical and incident reports as required.
Support the HSE team in promoting a safe and healthy work environment.
Key Requirements:
Must be
available in Qatar
with a
valid QCHP License
.
Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Nursing or equivalent.
Minimum
5 years of nursing experience
, preferably in a construction/site/industrial environment.
Strong knowledge of first aid, emergency care, and occupational health practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work under pressure and respond effectively during medical emergencies.
Must be able to join
