Key Responsibilities:
Deliver onsite nursing care and first aid support to employees.
Monitor workers' health and well-being, documenting and reporting incidents promptly.
Maintain accurate medical records and ensure confidentiality.
Support compliance with
DOH regulations
, company policies, and occupational health & safety standards.
Promote health awareness and assist in preventive care programs.
Requirements:
Valid DOH License
(mandatory).
Must hold own UAE visa (employment, residence, or dependent) and be available to join immediately.
Previous experience as a
site nurse
or in
occupational health
is preferred.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
