Site Mechanical Trainee
Job Description
Assist in planning and coordinating daily coating activities as per project schedule and setting priorities.
Monitor progress of surface preparation and coating works and report deviations or delays to the Project Engineer.
Assist in preparing technical documents such as method statements, inspection requests, and daily progress reports.
Learn to interpret project specifications, technical drawings, and client coating requirements.
Coordinate with site supervisors, subcontractors, and quality inspectors to ensure smooth workflow and compliance.
Track painting material consumption and assist in managing inventory of coating materials and consumables.
Attend daily toolbox talks, safety briefings, and client meetings as required.
Maintain proper documentation for site activities, inspection records, and paint batch certifications.
Ensure adherence to HSE standards and contribute to a safe working environment.
Job Types: Full-time, Fresher
Pay: From AED2,500.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
Dubai: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (Preferred)
Experience:
Site Mechanical Trainee: 1 year (Preferred)
coating engineer: 2 years (Preferred)
Willingness to travel:
* 50% (Preferred)
