About the Role:

SME Electromechanical is seeking a hands-on

Mechanical Engineer

to manage the full mechanical scope for our

G+5 residential project

. This role is 100% site-based and requires an expert in HVAC, Plumbing, and Firefighting installation and coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

HVAC Installation:

Supervise ducting, refrigerant piping, and the installation of DX/Split units, ensuring all systems are pressure-tested and commissioned correctly.

Plumbing & Drainage:

Oversee the installation of PPR/PEX water lines and UPVC/HDPE drainage systems, ensuring all hydro-tests are approved by the consultant.

Firefighting Systems:

Manage the installation of fire sprinklers, hose reels, and landing valves in compliance with Civil Defence standards.

MEP Coordination:

Proactively coordinate with the Electrical team to resolve clashes between AC ducts, drainage pipes, and cable trays in tight ceiling spaces.

Authority Approvals:

Prepare and manage all Inspection Requests (IRs) for

Dubai Municipality (DM)

and

Civil Defence (DCD)

.

Mandatory Requirements:

Experience:

Minimum

8+ years

of dedicated experience on

residential building sites in the UAE

.

Project History:

Proven experience in completing G+5 to G+20 residential projects in Dubai.

Technical Skills:

Strong knowledge of DM and Civil Defence regulations for residential buildings.

Availability:

Immediate joiners

(Visit Visa, Freelance Visa, or Cancelled Visa) are highly preferred.

Package Details:

Monthly Salary:

AED 8,000 - 10,000 (Total package).
